Caregivers spend a significant part of the rehabilitation with the patient but rarely get the tools or support they need.
Most rehabilitation after a stroke happens at home but the person who is actually there has no structured role or dedicated tools. Anea provides caregivers with the tools to lead home rehabilitation and connects every step of the recovery journey back to the clinic.
This is also a priority within the EU: the European Care Strategy (2022) is the first EU initiative specifically targeting informal caregivers, relatives, and urging member states to actively support these groups. Anea Exercises delivers structured rehabilitation programmes grounded in established stroke research and validated by clinical experts. From the first day home, patients have access to guided exercises tailored to where they are in their recovery; so that every day between visits counts and every step is documented.
Anea API
Anea API is built to integrate seamlessly with existing journal systems at regional and municipal level. It gives clinicians the data that does not exist today with continuous visibility into home rehabilitation between visits. Every exercise, every step forward and every deviation is connected back to the clinic in real time.
